Suggestion:
20 minutes of daily training with the pull rope are sufficient. Sets of 15-25 reps are optimal. The resistance of the rope can be achieved by different tension in the rest phase of the rope. Half a step forward or backward massively changes the resistance. The rope should always be taut, even during the maximum rest phase. Please pay attention to a clean, continuous pull phase - don't tear, don't "snap"!
