The individually adjustable neoprene belt (with Velcro fastener) is tied around the waist with the two fins (blades).
The “blades” are positioned so that they point outwards symmetrically on the left and right.

In freestyle and backstroke, the belt is tied lower, just above the hips, in breaststroke higher, placed below the chest.

RECOMMENDATION:
When swimming kaul: hands should not touch the blades. If the hands touch the blades, the body rotation should be performed either earlier and/or more. The blades point out of the water at the maximum peak of body rotation.
When swimming backstroke, the fingers are allowed to touch the blades lightly.
In breaststroke, long strokes should have elbows touching blades. With a high pulling frequency, the blades are no longer touched.
After each track, take a short break to reflect on the exercise. At the end of each exercise, swim a lane without the MAD WAVE HIP ROTATOR and check what you have learned again without any aids.
