It\u2019s important to place your hand flat on the paddle and never hold it with your thumb and\/or little finger. <\/p>\n<p>The silicone straps are ergonomically shaped and consist of a combination of flat and rounded sections. The flat sections help secure the fingers, while the rounded sections ensure quick, easy, yet consistently stable adjustment of the straps. <\/p>\n<p>The <strong>MAD WAVE PADDLES FREESTYLE<\/strong> are ideal for upper-body training when combined with a technically sound arm stroke.<\/p>\n<p>The perfect paddles for anyone who wants to optimize their arm stroke while swimming the crawl.
